We accept orders for our biodegradable poop bags, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and aim to despatch same day or next working day. Due to courier service collection schedule within our area some bulk orders may be despatched next working day.
Where possible we use recycled, recyclable or degradable packaging for our compostable and biodegradable poop bags.
About Us: We are owned by Leadson Dog Walking, a small family owned dog walking / home visit business based in Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
Despatch
Our tie handle biodegradable poop bags are usually stock items and orders are despatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service or DHL Courier service to UK addresses at no additional cost.
Order quantities of 500 tie handle dog poo bags or under placed by 2pm Monday - Friday will usually be despatched same day by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service, orders placed after 2pm Friday and Weekend will usually be despatched the following Monday, orders placed on Public Holidays will be despatched next working day.
Orders upgraded to 1st Class postage will be despatched same or next working day by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post.
Bulk orders of 1000 tie handle dog poo bags and over are despatched by DHL Courier service same or next working day.
You will receive email notification confirming your despatch schedule.
We reserve the right to change these times in order to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class mail in approximately 3 to 5 working days, but Royal Mail state that delivery can take up to 7 working days. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class mail in approximately 1 to 2 working days. Delivery timings as per Royal Mail - unfortunately we are unable to guarantee these.
DHL Courier service aim to deliver in approximately 2 - 5 working days and all goods despatched this way are tracked.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the goods (unused) to the following address for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
