Due to the fact that Bertie Girl sometimes uses vintage fabric, many of these items are one-offs and the vast majority are limited edition. We do try our best to update this page as soon as practically possible, however in the unlikely event that the same item is sold before we can update, we will offer a similar item or refund.

Individually hand crafted and skillfully sewn to a high standard, you can be assured these handmade products have not been mass produced and nobody was exploited in making them. Bertie Girl's ethos is to ethically source and promote low impact, environmentally friendly, local production.

We accept orders for our Bertie Girl poo bag holders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and aim to despatch same day or next working day.
Where possible we use recycled, recyclable or degradable packaging for our poop bags.
Despatch
Orders for dog poop bags, dispensers, Bertie Girl poo bag holders and puppy training pads are usually stock items and are despatched by standard 2nd Class Royal Mail postage or Standard Parcel Service to UK addresses at no additional cost. Orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday will usually be despatched same day, orders placed after 2pm Friday and Weekend will usually be despatched the following Monday, orders placed on Public Holidays will be despatched next working day. We reserve the right to change these times in order to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class mail in approximately 3 to 5 working days, but Royal Mail state that delivery can take up to 7 working days. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class mail in approximately 1 to 2 working days. Delivery timings as per Royal Mail - unfortunately we are unable to guarantee these. Refunds
