We accept orders for our poop bags, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and aim to despatch same day or next working day. Due to courier service collection schedule within our area some bulk orders may be despatched next working day.
Where possible we use recycled, recyclable or degradable packaging for our poop bags.
Despatch
Our tie handle dog poop bags are usually stock items and orders are despatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service or UK Mail Courier service to UK addresses at no additional cost.
Order quantities of 50, 150, 250 green tie handle dog poo bags placed Monday - Friday will usually be despatched same or next working by Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service, orders placed after 12pm Friday and Weekends will usually be despatched the following Monday, orders placed on Public Holidays will be despatched next working day.
Bulk orders of 500 tie handle dog poo bags and over are despatched by either UK Mail Courier service or Royal Mail Standard Parcel service same or next working day.
You will receive email notification confirming your despatch schedule.
We reserve the right to change these times in order to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class mail in approximately 3 to 5 working days, but Royal Mail state that delivery can take up to 7 working days. Delivery timings as per Royal Mail - unfortunately we are unable to guarantee these.
UK Courier service aim to deliver in approximately 3 - 5 working days and all goods despatched this way are tracked.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the goods (unused) to the following address for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. We are unable to refund the cost of your additional postage. Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded outright.
